There are new dairy products from Kriemhild, including heavy cream, whole milk, creme fraiche, buttermilk, and maybe most importantly, cultured butter
City's End has Hakurei salad turnips in stock this week. These are so juicy and crisp you can eat them like apples or slice them thinly and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and a splash of olive oil. Matt also has mustard greens on hand, just the thing for a spicier salad.
