Raw honey from the Sauquoit Valley of Central New York. The honey is from multiple harvests during the 2025 season, produced from a mix of local plants and wildflowers along with the flowers from Capaflora Farm. Minimally processed to preserve pollen, propolis, and character of the honey.
As a result, honey may solidify, especially if stored at cooler temperatures. To turn back to pourable liquid, warm jar in bowl of hot water with lid slightly opened to reach desired consistency.
