You can purchase the chuck eye as a roast or steak. These are from the muscle that makes up the premium ribeye steaks but from the shoulder side. AKA a poor man's ribeye these are boneless and well marbled so can be grilled like you would a boneless ribeye steak or cook the roast like you would a boneless ribeye roast. You won't be disappointed in these smaller portion sized steaks or the roast.
