Our Organic Hen-of-the-Woods "Maitake" have a deep savory flavor with lots of body. Organically grown on our family farm in Lebanon, NY, we grow, dehydrate and package onsite. Our dried mushrooms will provide rich flavors, savory aromas, and a nutritional boost to all your recipes. Simply add to any dish that will simmer for more than 2 hours. You can also follow the rehydration directions on the back of the package and use as you would a fresh mushroom. Bags are resealable. Each .75oz bag equals 6-8oz of fresh mushrooms.
