Each 2oz tin contains 28 servings of ground mushrooms. Strong, rich flavor, and highly medicinal. Great on a cold night. To brew the tea: Add 1 teaspoon to an infuser and let steep for 20 minutes in very hot water. Tea contains a mix of shiitake, maitake, lion's mane, reishi, and king trumpet. The ground mushroom can be reused 2-3 times. Grown, processed and certified Organic on our farm in Lebanon, NY.
