Marrow bones are ideal for soups and stocks, but you may have to compete with you dog for them. They provide great nutrition, no matter who is eating them. However, including some other bones will add a delicious flavor to your stock or bone broth along with added collagen and nutrition. The large packages are a mix of bones, the smaller packages are just knuckle bones, the neck bones are just that with a nice bit of meat left on them and lastly the split marrow bones are the most delicious especially when broiled till bubbling and a sprinkle of course salt spread on some crostini.
