Our Thanksgiving Turkeys are pasture-raised and will be ready just in time for your Thanksgiving Feast!
We strive to meet size requests, although sometimes the turkeys grow a bit faster and sometimes a bit slower than we plan. Small turkeys are generally between 12-15lbs, Medium turkeys are generally between 15-18lbs, Large turkeys are generally between 18-21 lbs, and Extra Large turkeys weigh more than 22 lbs; however, sometimes the turkeys surprise us. If the final weights are going to be significantly different from indicated, we will do our best to communicate that information as quickly as possible as soon as we know.
Customers living in Hamilton, Clinton, and New Hartford will get turkeys delivered frozen to their door on Saturday, November 21 between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. at no additional charge.
Customers living outside of Clinton and New Hartford can arrange to pick up their turkey at Peterboro Provisions in Peterboro, NY from 10-3 on Saturday, November 21 or Sunday, November 22. Or you can arrange to pickup your turkey directly from the farm, just reach out to Sarah Ficken to coordinate a date and time (516)509-5506
