JONES FAMILY RECIPE: Thoroughly pat wings dry, arrange on rack over cookie sheet, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and harissa. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, turning wings over half way through. Turn oven up to broil and allow wings to crisp up for a few minutes. Wings are done when golden and meat thermometer reads 175. Toss with hot sauce & a pad of melted butter; serve with bleu cheese dressing.
