Best flavored winter squash there is. Dense, flaky, rich orange color, these are perfect for roasting and soups. They are tough to cut so a great trick is 425 in the oven for 15 minutes to soften, then slice for roasting. We grow the organic Winter Sweet variety. You will receive 1 large or several medium/small for at least 3# of squash. Most of our squash are on the smaller side this year.
