Outstanding little apple. We are really liking these, in their second year of production at the farm. We'll be planting more! Crispy, sweet, balanced, perfect-sized!
(Our organic apples are not perfect. They're also not scabby or heavily blemished. Think 19th century apples. Before industrial chemistry and orchards that have come to rely on multiple chemical applications. Our apples are a nice balance between using the best available organic orchard management tools, modern variety selection, and tolerance for some level of blemishes.)
